LAGUNA WOODS

The interest in Laguna Woods has grown to international proportions since its incorporation as a city last month. Officials from Tokyo will visit the city today, meet with its residents and a City Council member, and take a tour with the Laguna Woods Historical Society. The dignitaries might establish a similar senior community in their country and are interested in the city’s management policies, special arrangements for seniors and its programs for enhancing the lives of the residents.
