Two lawsuits over the hit Tae-Bo infomercial and videos have resulted in out-of-court settlements, sources close to both sides said. Seth Ersoff, former manager to Tae-Bo creator Billy Blanks, sued Blanks and marketer Paul Monea, claiming that the pair had cut him out of a deal for commissions on the popular exercise video. But Ersoff dropped his claims after agreeing to a negotiated settlement, the sources said. Terms were not disclosed. “The matter has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties,” said Blanks’ attorney, Jan Yoss.
