The City Council recently approved plans for an auto service shop and a food retail building on two lots on Trask Avenue, off Magnolia Street. The Planning Commission had earlier approved the site plans, a conditional use permit and a tentative parcel map to consolidate the two lots into one parcel. Under the terms of the agreement with the city, the developer has four years to complete the project. Information: (714) 741-5120.
