Sheriff’s Department Seeks Help Locating 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in finding four people wanted on charges ranging from possessing drugs to violating probation.

Efrain Frias, 27, is wanted on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale, giving false information to a police officer and driving without a license, authorities said. He was released from jail before authorities could file charges.

Frias, a Latino, is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a 4-inch scar over his left eye. His last known address was on Wicks Road in Moorpark.

Rene Robles, 23, is sought on suspicion of violating her probation. She was convicted twice of possessing drugs for sale, authorities said.

Robles also is known as Nichole De La Cerra. The Latina is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of a daisy on her left hand and one of her name on her right middle finger. Her last known address was in Oxnard’s La Colonia area.

Charles Jackson Samuel, 54, was convicted of four counts of forgery, authorities said. Police arrested Samuel after he violated probation, but authorities said he failed to return to court after posting bail.

Samuel is an African American, 5 feet 3 inches tall and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the 200 block of Driskill Street in Oxnard.

Roberta Anastasia Bart, 35, was convicted of possessing drugs for sale but has allegedly violated the terms of her probation, authorities said. She is also known as Bobbie Cortez. Her last known address was in south Oxnard.

Bart is described as Latina, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her tattoos include a rose with the word “Deanna” on her left shoulder.
