Devon & Devon Bought by SOS Staffing of Utah

SOS Staffing Services Inc. said it acquired Devon & Devon Personnel Services Inc., an accounting and high-end administrative personnel provider based in Newport Beach. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
SOS said it will maintain Devon & Devon’s operational management.
Devon & Devon has annual revenue of $4.2 million. SOS, a Salt Lake City-based provider of staffing services, had revenue of $209.3 million for the year ended Dec. 28.
