Volunteers Needed to Help Clean Beaches

It’s a big coast, so many volunteers are needed to pick up junk from the beaches of Ventura County on International Coastal Cleanup Day Sept. 19.
Beaches along much of the Ventura County coast are targeted for the cleanup.
Volunteers should bring boots and gloves. The cleanup will run from 9 a.m. to noon. For more information, call (800) 253-2687.
