City Charter Reform Panel to Meet Tuesday

The Elected Los Angeles Charter Reform Commission will meet Tuesday to discuss a variety of topics.
Subjects on the agenda include whether term limits for city officials should be extended from two terms to three, whether an elected representative can be impeached for serious abuse of power and/or censured by their fellow elected officials, whether recall of an elected official should be made easier for voters, and whether elected officials should have to resign immediately if they want to run for another office.
Tuesday’s meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Constituent Service Center, 8475 S. Vermont Ave.
