** Keith Sweat, “Still in the Game,” Elektra. When Sweat really is at the top of his game, he cranks out club-friendly jams as if he were born to do so--but Sweat isn’t fresh enough here. Snoop Dogg adds some bite to “Come and Get With Me,” though it’s not as much fun as Sweat’s remake of “Too Hot,” a Kool & the Gang old-school classic. All in all, a competent effort but not one to make him the Michael Jordan of R&B.--C.J.;
