Gerald Rosenfeld, who resigned as head of investment banking at Lazard Freres & Co. in March to run a private equity fund for NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, is leaving the company, a spokeswoman said. Rosenfeld couldn’t immediately be reached for comment at his New York office. Rosenfeld will be the latest of about half a dozen senior executives to leave the investment banking unit of BankAmerica Corp. since Chief Executive Thomas Weisel left last month in a dispute about control of some of its businesses and customers.
