Whittier School Plans 40th-Birthday Bash

Whittier Christian High School is celebrating its 40th anniversary today.
Festivities begin at 1 p.m. at the Starbuck Campus, 2300 W. Worth Ave. There will be games, music, memorabilia and food.
Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12, with a $30 maximum per family. The 40th homecoming football game is at 7 p.m. at Whittier College against Boron High School.
