PairGain Quarterly Net Income Up Slightly

PairGain Technologies Inc., Tustin manufacturer of telecommunications products, said net income for the third quarter increased 2% to $12 million, or 16 cents a share, from $11.8 million, or 16 cents a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue rose 8% to a record $76.4 million from $70.7 million.
