Officials Seek Help in Finding Fugitives
Ventura County Crime Stoppers is seeking information it hopes will lead to the capture of four fugitives linked to crimes ranging from vehicle theft to drug charges.
Stephen Casio, 53, is wanted for violating the terms of his probation after being convicted of drug possession. He is described as a Latino male, 5 feet 10, 170 pounds.
He has brown eyes and gray hair. Casio has “SC†tattooed on his upper right arm. His last known address is on the 300 block of North 9th Street in Santa Paula.
Also wanted for violating her probation after being convicted of drug possession is Lilliana Garcia, 23. She is also known as Maria Montoya or Gloria Garcia. She is described as Latina, 5 feet, 115 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Garcia last lived on North Harrison Avenue in Oxnard. She has a scar on her left arm and “El Gallo†and an angel tattooed on her back.
Marcelino Gomez, 19, is wanted on suspicion of vehicle theft. He was previously convicted of vehicle theft and placed on probation. The Sheriff’s Department describes Gomez as Latino, 5 feet 5 and 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Finally, Crime Stoppers is also looking for David Joseph Logan, 25, who was placed on probation after being convicted on drugs, forgery and burglary charges. He is described as white, 5 feet 10 and 180 pounds. Logan has brown hair and brown eyes.
