Children’s Event Will Raise Money for Club

“Tardiada para los ninos,” an event “for the kids” to raise money for summer programs at the Boys & Girls Club of Placentia, will take place Sunday at the club, 132 E. Crowther Ave.
Starting at 11 a.m., the event includes all-you-can-eat Mexican food from La Casa Garcia in Anaheim. Tickets are $15 for adults, $7 per child.
A mariachi and norteno band will provide entertainment, and there will be activities for children. Information: (714) 528-8140.
