2 City Charter Reform Meetings to Be Held

The Los Angeles Elected City Charter Reform Commission will discuss issues concerning the city’s proprietary departments--Airport, Harbor and Water and Power--at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Center for Enriched Studies, 5931 W. 18th St., Los Angeles. Information: (213) 977-6700.
On Wednesday, the appointed charter reform commission will discuss ways to streamline the city’s planning process and how the charter should govern the three proprietary departments. The meeting will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. at the USC Davidson Conference Center, Jefferson Boulevard and Figueroa Street. Information: (213)367-5234.
