Rossmoor Regency to Be Sold
In a move to enter the California market, American Retirement Corp. said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Rossmoor Regency, a retirement community in Laguna Hills. Nashville-based American Retirement operates 25 senior living communities in 12 states.
