* Garden Grove vs. Servite, Anaheim Tennis Center, 2:45 today: Servite (17-4) won an earlier meeting by only three games after leading, 5-1, after the first round. Garden Grove (13-4) almost pulled off the victory by winning the last six doubles sets. Garden Grove beat Servite, 11-7, in last year’s Division III quarterfinals. The winner of today’s second-round match will probably face second-seeded Santa Margarita in the Division III quarterfinals. Servite has the county’s top player in Ryan Moore, but Garden Grove has the depth. This one might come down to games again.

* Southern Section individual prelims, Costa Mesa Tennis Club, 9 a.m. Saturday: The top four singles players and doubles teams will advance to the Southern Section round of 16 at SeaCliff Tennis Club on May 29.
