Council Green-Lights 44 Homes on 15 Acres
The City Council has approved construction of 44 new homes in East Tustin.
The approval will allow Warmington Homes of Costa Mesa to build on an undeveloped 15.3-acre parcel at the end of Township Drive.
The density will be less than expected under a 1992 plan, in which the city approved 55 homes. That developer never began the project, officials said, and the permits expired.
