Kerry J. Turner has been named senior vice president and commercial loan officer for Imperial Bank’s San Fernando Valley Regional Office in Van Nuys.

Turner previously served various banking posts with Union Bank of California and Guardian Bank in Los Angeles.

Imperial Bank, with $4.7 billion in assets, is a subsidiary of Imperial Bancorp.

* Pleasant Holidays in Westlake Village has named Dan Rosen and George Quesada as product marketing managers.

Rosen will supervise the company’s marketing activities in U.S. cities, and Quesada will oversee promotion of the company’s scheduled flights on American Trans Air.

Their marketing efforts will be focused on consumer and trade-oriented programs.* Bettye Partridge, a licensed marriage, family and child counselor, has joined St. Anne’s Ventura County Outreach Program as family services coordinator. Previously, she was director of social services at St. Anne’s residential facility in Los Angeles for pregnant and parenting teens.

The program provides services for pregnant and parenting teens and educates teens about responsible sexual behavior.

* Jason Tani of Harris Engineering in Thousand Oaks has passed the state Professional Engineers Examination. The exam is given in four parts over a two-day period and covers civil engineering principles, surveying, seismic principles and engineering laws and regulations.

Tani has been with Harris Engineering since 1995.

* Attorney Deborah F. Sutherland is moving her office to 290 Maple Court, Suite 130, Ventura, to consolidate the location of her private practice with the work she does as program director of Grey Law. The change is effective Wednesday.

Grey Law is a legal aid program for seniors in Ventura County. Sutherland works part time for the program.
