Two Robbers Sought in Unrelated Business Thefts
Police were searching Monday for two robbers in unrelated incidents.
A gunman hid in the Ross department store at 7201 Warner Ave. and emerged after closing Sunday night to rob the day’s receipts, Police Lt. Dan Johnson said.
The robber made off with an undisclosed but “substantial†sum, Johnson said.
The second robbery was at A-1 Pizza at 9560 Hamilton Ave. about 9 p.m. Sunday. The man entered a back door and robbed workers of about $800, Johnson said.
