Flag Day Ceremonies Include Free Concert

In a tribute to “Old Glory,” a Flag Day ceremony will be held downtown Sunday.
The second annual event will include a presentation of 80 historical flags, a flag-folding ceremony by the Young Marines and the Marine Corps League and a concert by the 3rd Marine Aircraft Band.
Admission is free. The event will take place from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Center Street Promenade, east of Harbor Boulevard.
Scouts, youth groups and veterans are invited to wear their uniforms.
