Theater Bomb Kills 3; India Blamed

A bomb tore through a movie theater in Lahore, the capital of Punjab province, killing three and injuring 10. At least four of the injured were in critical condition, and officials said the death toll could rise. About 50 people were in the theater when the bomb went off.
