Ex-City Planner’s Service Commended

Former Anaheim planning commissioner Robert Messe has been recognized by the American Planning Assn., Orange County section, for his leadership role in planning issues in the city.
Messe recently stepped down from the Planning Commission after serving on the panel for 12 years. The City Council honored Messe for his service to the community, with Mayor Tom Daly noting that Messe “participated in literally thousands of planning decisions.”
