Horizon Management Gets Health-Care Study Contract

Horizon Management Services, a Ventura consulting firm, has been awarded a contract to study the health-care needs and service system in Nevada County, Calif.
The study, sponsored by Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, will be conducted this month in collaboration with Focus Health Care Consulting of Fresno. It will identify unmet health-care needs in the county and make recommendations about how such needs might be met economically and efficiently.
Horizon Management will handle demand analysis, service and organizational issues and financial assessment. A primary focus of the study will be mental health.
