Man Found in Hot Tub Dies

THOUSAND OAKS — A man died at Los Robles Regional Medical Center on Thursday night after being found blue and unconscious in a hot tub on the 200 block of Lucero Street, deputies said.
A woman found the unidentified man in the spa about 6:10 p.m. and called emergency personnel, said Ventura County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jim Kenney . Deputies said the woman was possibly the man’s wife.
County firefighters and paramedics administered first aid at the home and on the way to the hospital, but the man was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital, Kenney said.
There were no signs of trauma, and the cause of death was under investigation, Kenney said.
