Lake View Terrace
It seems Lake View Terrace’s local curmudgeon is at it again! In the Jan. 11 Letters to the Valley Edition, Howard Lockwood disagrees that there has been a “slide into disrepair†and prefers Lake View Terrace to remain the way is. Look around you, Mr. Lockwood! Property values in Lake View Terrace are depressed and the community’s once-thriving shopping center is a joke.
For the vast majority of the families populating the area, the new lake and resultant inflow of investment into Lake View Terrace’s dormant business district will be a godsend.
