Newriders Buys Paisano
NEWPORT BEACH — Newriders Inc. agreed to acquire closely held Paisano Publications for an undisclosed amount of stock and cash, giving Newriders full rights to the name of the Easyriders Cafe restaurants it operates.
Newriders, which first disclosed the planned acquisition in October, said it expects to complete the deal this quarter.
Agoura-based Paisano, which has annual revenue of about $38 million, publishes motorcycle-oriented magazines such as Easyriders, owns the themed restaurants and sells motorcycle-related apparel and owns clothing stores and motorcycle super stores.
