The Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce New Year’s Kick Off Breakfast will be from 7 to 9 a.m. Jan. 8 at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza. Speaker will be Frank Maguire of Hearth Communications on preparing for the new millennium.
Cost is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers if paid by Jan. 6. Later payment is $20 for all. For information, call 499-1993.
