David and Goliath meet Hercules? Almost. In “Happily Ever After,” the new Disney on Ice show opening today in Anaheim, audiences will see two very different-looking skaters as the mythical strongman. Besa Tsintsadze, a 5-foot-5, 134-pound skater from Tbilisi, Georgia, portrays Hercules as a boy, while 6-foot, 192-pound Troy Goldstein, five-time U.S. Figure Skating Assn. gold medalist appears as the adult Herc. While Hercules is the focal point of this ice show, it also includes numbers from several other recent and classic Disney animated films, including “Aladdin,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Cinderella” and “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.”
* Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim, 2695 E. Katella Ave. Today: 4:30 p.m. Performances continue through Jan. 3. $11.50-$30. (714) 740-2000 (Ticketmaster).
