Two after-school youth recreation programs at Mountain View and Cherry parks will close this month because of low attendance, the City Council decided Tuesday. Instead, the city will open programs at Portola Hills and Foothill Ranch elementary schools. The city currently offers similar programs, which are well-attended, at all seven elementary schools in Lake Forest. Information: (949) 768-0981.
