Silagi Development Buys 6 Acres for Office Project

Thousand Oaks-based Silagi Development has purchased six acres in Oxnard for a speculative office building development.
The sale involved lots 32 and 33 in the Lombard Business Center at Gonzales Road and Lombard Street. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The seller, Oxnard Sunrise Partners, was represented by Capital Commercial / NAI. CB Richard Ellis represented Silagi.
