The Saddleback Valley Unified School District announced new administrative appointments for the 1998-99 school year. They are:
* Jim Scmalbach, principal, Santiago Elementary School.
* Roger Mayer, assistant principal, Portola Hills and Lake Forest elementary schools.
* Bill Rollins, assistant principal, Trabuco Hills High School.
* Sandra Kataoka, assistant principal, El Toro High School.
* Kathryn Scheidler, activities director, El Toro High School.
* Ramon Cusi, assistant principal, Rancho Santa Margarita Intermediate School.
