VENTURA — “The World’s a Stage” will head down Main Street on Saturday as the Ventura County Fair parade marches through town.
“There will lots of floats, cars, horses and bands,” said fair publicist Teri Raley. “There will be everything a parade should have.”
The parade begins at Ventura High School at 10 a.m., continuing westbound down Main to California Street.
Larry Carpenter, who retired this year as Ventura County Sheriff, will preside as grand marshal.
The parade has 130 entries, including high school bands, equestrian groups and military units, and will complete its course by noon, Raley said.
