Bilingual Education to Be Studied
A comprehensive report on the school district’s bilingual programs will be the topic for a trustees study session tonight.
The report, released last week, was compiled by researchers from UC Riverside.
The Santa Ana Unified School District has about 52,000 students, more than 70% of whom are not fluent in English.
The school board will meet at 5 p.m. at district headquarters, 1601 E. Chestnut Ave.
Information: (714) 558-5512.
