Techniclone Seeks OK for Cancer Tests

Techniclone Corp. reached a milestone Monday.
The Tustin developer of cancer therapies said it applied for regulatory approval to begin testing its experimental treatment for brain cancer in human beings.
Later this year, the company intends to begin preparing clinical sites for testing the therapy. The company is trying to develop treatments that attack cancer by targeting dying tissue.
