Bruce Passes Fullerton Past Rosemead, 30-13

ROSEMEAD — Quarterback Justin Bruce completed two touchdown passes as Fullerton rolled past Rosemead, 30-13, Thursday at Rosemead High.
After trailing 3-0 at the end of the first quarter, Fullerton’s Jeff Cody connected on a 48-yard field goal to tie the score. Cody then caught a seven-yard pass from Bruce for a 10-3 lead.
Chad Staffieri returned an interception 91 yards for a touchdown and a 16-3 halftime lead.
Bruce started the third quarter by completing a 44-yard touchdown pass to Aaron Easton put Fullerton (3-2) ahead, 23-2.
Rosemead is 0-5.
