2 Men Shot in Fight at Huntington Nightclub

HUNTINGTON BEACH — Two men were shot in the leg after a fight in the parking lot of a local nightclub Thursday, authorities said.
The victims, Thanh Pham, 22, of Westminster and Pham Phuong, 34, of Huntington Beach, suffered leg fractures and were hospitalized in fair condition at Pacifica Hospital in Huntington Beach.
The shooting occurred about 1:10 p.m. in the parking lot of Majestic Dancing at 18582 Beach Blvd.
Witnesses reported that the two men fought with a third person who pulled out a gun and shot each of them in the leg, Huntington Beach Police Lt. Luis Ochoa said.
Ochoa said the witnesses could not provide helpful details about the shooting because they ducked and ran when the gunshots rang out.
The shooter fled in a white sports coupe, possibly a Honda Accord or an Acura Integra, Ochoa said. He was described as Asian, 20 to 30 years old, with a slender build and black hair.
