Holiday Closings

Today is Veterans Day. The following schedules will be in effect:
* City offices: Most city offices will be closed, except in Brea, Garden Grove, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Villa Park and Westminster.
* County, state and federal offices will be closed.
* County, state and federal courthouses will be closed.
* City and county libraries will be closed.
* Most banks and savings and loans will be closed.
* Schools: Public schools will be closed. Cal State Fullerton, Chapman University and UC Irvine will hold classes, as will community colleges.
* Mail: There will be no mail delivery. All post offices will be closed, and mail deposited in mailboxes will be picked up according to the posted holiday schedule.
* Trash: Will remain on regular schedule.
* Buses: Will remain on regular schedule.
* Parks: All city- and county-run parks and recreation facilities will be open during regular hours.
