Investor Buys 53 Acres in Camarillo Office Park

An investor working through Triliad Development has purchased 53 acres of finished lots at Mission Oaks Business Park in Camarillo.
The new owner plans to develop build-to-suit and speculative buildings suited for engineering and light manufacturing companies.
Pardee Construction Co. of Los Angeles sold the lots.
The build-to-suit team includes CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Triliad Development of Thousand Oaks, architects Poliquin Kellogg Design Group of Woodland Hills and Oltmans Construction Co. in Thousand Oaks.
