Knyal, Gallery Join Board of Newriders Inc.

Wayne L. Knyal and Daniel J. Gallery have joined the board of Newriders Inc., a Newport Beach owner and operator of two Easyriders Cafe restaurants. Knyal is the founder, president and chief executive of Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Co., a subsidiary of Imperial Credit Industries Inc. Gallery is a co-founder and executive vice president of Carts of Colorado.

In addition, William R. Nordstrom, founder, president and chief executive of National Investors Council, a Newport Beach financial publishing and communications firm, was elected to the board earlier. He will become executive vice president for finance and administration, effective Sept. 1.

* S. Nikki Lal has been appointed director of human resources for Action Property Management in Orange. She was previously director of human resources for the Lincoln Training Center and human resources generalist for Cal State San Bernardino.

* Richard J. Dennehey has been named vice president of sales and marketing for Adaptive Information Systems Inc. in Mission Viejo. He had been Southwest region district sales manager for Pioneer-Standard Electronics in Cleveland.
