Wynn’s International Inc.: The Orange supplier of O-rings and sealing products as well as specialty chemical products posted net income of $6.8 million, or 50 cents a share, which included $319,000 from discontinued operations. Net income for the 1996 second quarter was $4 million, or 28 cents a share, which included a net loss of $1.5 million from discontinued operations. Sales increased 13% to $81 million from $71.8 million.
First-half profit rose 49% to $13.1 million, or 94 cents a share, from $8.8 million, or 62 cents a share, for the like period last year. Sales were up 11% to $158.9 million from $143.3 million.
