Spotlight: Gotcha Vice Chairman Assumes Controlling Interest

An apparel-industry veteran who joined Gotcha International as vice chairman a year ago has acquired a controlling interest in the Irvine surf-wear company from the two co-founders and assumed their titles, chairman and chief executive. Marvin Winkler said he led an investment group that acquired a majority of the privately held surfing- and snowboarding-apparel maker from co-founders Chairman Michael Tomson and CEO Joel Cooper, who are stepping down.
