Performance Group Will Stage Premiere

ZooDanceOpera, a San Francisco-based performance group, will present the world premiere of its latest work Friday at the Huntington Beach Art Center.
“The Water” is billed as “a shadowy psychological tale about the paradoxical mechanics of trust and love.” In it, individuals gain access to others but give up part of themselves.
Two weekend shows will be the first Southern California appearances for ZooDanceOpera, which has performed elsewhere in the United States and in Europe.
Performances are Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. at the Art Center, 538 Main St., Huntington Beach.
Tickets are $10 for the general public and $8 for students, seniors and Art Center members. Reservations are recommended.
