2 Realty Companies Form Inter-County Alliance

Two real estate companies that work in Ventura and Los Angeles counties have joined forces to form Westcord Property Management in Westlake Village.
The company was formed by Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services and Metropolitan Business Management, both of Westlake Village.
The new company, which has nearly 1 million square feet of space under management, will handle property of varied scope and size, including office, medical, industrial and retail. Its duties will include property management, acquisition, leasing, disposition, facilities management and construction/tenant improvements.
