Arkansas Man: CSUN finally hired a chief fund-raiser Tuesday. He is William L. Outhouse, who recently helped raise $150 million for the University of Arkansas. The yearlong search for someone to head up the development team caused CSUN to lag in fund-raising. Outhouse is expected to start his $120,000 job in March.
