Janet Good, Ally of Kevorkian, Dies
Janet Good, an outspoken ally of Dr. Jack Kevorkian, died after a long battle with pancreatic cancer, but Kevorkian’s attorney would not say if the advocate of assisted suicide aided her death. Attorney Geoffrey Fieger suggested the retired pathologist was with Good at her home when she died. Good, 73, of Farmington Hills, Mich., often served as a contact for people seeking Kevorkian’s help, and was present at many of the deaths Kevorkian has attended. Through a statement read by Fieger, Kevorkian praised Good for her courage and strength of character.
