Veterinary Group Holds Vaccination Clinic at Park

A low-cost neighborhood rabies vaccination clinic for dogs and cats has been scheduled for Saturday at Peck Park by the Southern California Veterinary Medical Assn. in conjunction with the city of Los Angeles.
In addition to rabies vaccinations, a general vaccination shot will be available for cats and dogs. Two other common dog protection vaccines, coronavirus and bordatella, will also be available.
Rabies shots are $4 for dogs and cats. The general dog and cat vaccinations will cost $12 and the coronavirus and bordatella shots will cost $9 each.
The clinic is scheduled for 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the park at 560 N. Western Ave. For information: (562) 948-4979 or (562) 948-2211.
