Sunset Serenade Raises Funds for Kids

Grab a blanket and join the Boys and Girls Club of Capistrano Valley for a night of big-band music at the third annual Sunset Serenade Aug. 23 at Mission San Juan Capistrano.

The outdoor fund-raising event starts at 6:30 p.m. and will feature music by “Close Harmony.”

The public is invited to bring a picnic dinner or buy an Egan House Restaurant pasta dinner with salad, beer or wine and dessert at the concert.

Admission to the event is $10; $9 for seniors. Proceeds benefit the boys and girls club.
