Kudos for Housing to Aid the Needy
* I write to salute the progress of the Community House Apartments being built by Many Mansions on Los Robles Road at Hampshire Road in Thousand Oaks.
I’m proud and grateful to be a citizen of a community that has a big enough heart to care for its people, including providing decent housing. When families are in need here in the Conejo Valley, it’s very good to know that there are caring groups like Many Mansions, Manna and other human services reaching out with helping hands to lift others up.
This is the character of a strong, stable community. Such energy and vitality for doing good will carry this city into the next century with confidence and conscience.
Let us cheer for those who care enough about their neighbors that they will step forward and act constructively. Let us sing the praises of Many Mansions.
