After blowing a two-goal lead in the final 10 minutes of regulation, the Zodiac dominated the Atlanta Ruckus in overtime and won, 3-2, on a goal by Gustavo Leal Friday night at Santa Ana Stadium.

Leal’s second goal of the game and team-high 13th of the season came 10 minutes into the 15 minute sudden-death period after Ruckus defender Chris Dunlap was called for obstruction against Leal about four yards outside the penalty box. Felipe Rodriguez tapped the free kick and Leal cracked it over the wall and just under the crossbar.

The Zodiac (8-13) had taken a 2-0 lead on a goal by Mike Robles in the 42nd minute and a goal by Leal, set up by a nice crossing pass by John Jones, in the 58th minute.
