Volunteers Sought for Diabetes Assn.

The American Diabetes Assn. is seeking community members to serve as volunteers.

The Ventura County, Santa Barbara County and Santa Maria chapters are seeking volunteers to help with outreach efforts, including the Tour de Cure and Walktoberfest fund-raisers.

The association offers specialized and general administrative volunteer opportunities with flexible schedules for professionals, students and senior citizens looking to help the nation’s largest nonprofit health organization prevent and cure diabetes.
